Server rules
Short and simple. The game enforces most of these by itself, so the staff rarely have to.
- 1.
Be decent.
Banter is fine. Harassment, hate speech, threats and posting anyone’s personal details are not.
- 2.
Free roam is not a deathmatch.
Don’t kill players who aren’t fighting you. Want a fight? Use /dm, /duel, a gang war or the police job.
Fair game: anyone who attacks you or your crew (pointing a gun at you counts), wanted players when you are on the police job, members of a rival gang, and anyone with a bounty on them.
- 3.
Don’t want to fight? Turn on /passive.
Nobody can hurt you while it’s on. Don’t use passive mode or spawn protection to troll others.
- 4.
Let people play.
No blocking delivery points, ramming job vehicles, wrecking races or camping hospitals.
- 5.
No cheats, unfair mods or bug abuse.
Found a bug? Report it with /bug and you’ll be thanked, not banned.
- 6.
One person, one account.
No second accounts to farm money, achievements or rewards, and no dodging a ban.
- 7.
No advertising, scams or real-money trading.
Don’t advertise other servers, and don’t sell in-game money, cars or accounts for real money.
- 8.
Problems go to /report.
Not into a chat war. Staff decisions can be appealed on our Discord.
What the game does about random kills
- The killer gets wanted stars, and the kill counts for nothing: no stats, gun mastery or gang respect.
- The victim keeps their guns, and can ghost the killer for 10 minutes (/ghost) or turn passive mode on at once.
- Three random kills in ten minutes puts a bounty on the killer, paid out of their own money to whoever takes them down.
Write in any language: the chat is translated for everyone.
Breaking the rules: the game handles most things itself. Otherwise a warning, then a mute or kick, then a ban. Cheating and dodging a ban go straight to a ban.
