Here are the changes I made:

• Sscanf update to latest version
• YSI updated to YSI version v5.08.4329
• Pawnplus integration for eSelection library in skin selection
• Login and Registration system of master account
• Uses bcrypt for hashing password
• And ofc the master account system with character creation maximum of 3 it is defined as MAX_PLAYER_CHARACTERS you can change the default if you want
