Base Roleplay Script

A clean, modular base script for open.mp servers featuring authentication and character systems. Not a plug-and-play gamemode. Built for devs who actually give a fuck, not for beginners.

Story (Why This Exists)

I never thought I'd be doing this, but here we are.

About a year ago, me and my friend Nate decided to open a roleplay server in San Fierro. We wanted to write a gamemode from scratch, because for years I dreamed of making my own RP script without using anyone else's half-baked garbage.

And I did it. I got a ton of features working: vehicles, phones, houses, admin tools, chat systems. Then I started fucking around with factions too.

But life hit me. Depression, real life stuff, all that shit. Every time I open an IDE now, I just stare at it and feel nothing. This used to be therapy for me, the one thing I loved doing, and now I can't force myself to keep pushing.

So instead of letting the whole project rot, I'm releasing just the auth and character systems. They're clean, modular, and follow DRY principles. You don't need to credit me if you use them, I honestly don't care. But I hope someone out there will build something better with it, maybe even the server I couldn't finish.

⚠️ Not For Newbies

Let's be clear: this isn't for beginners. This isn't one of those "Limitless RP" Pinoy edits rehashed 1,000 times.

This is a base script, not a plug-and-play gamemode. If you don't know Pawn, and how to set up servers, don't touch this.

🙏 Special Thanks

This probably doesn't belong in a README, but fuck it, I'm putting it here.

Thank you, Mido. You've been like the big brother I never had. When we first met, you didn't just talk to me, you welcomed me in. You invited me onto your project, shared your time, and actually gave a fuck about teaching me. You always told me to ask questions, no matter how dumb they might've been, and because of that I learned more than I ever thought I could.

A lot of the techniques, the habits, even the way this script is written it's all because of what you showed me. Honestly, without you, this code would probably look like trash. You pushed me to do better, to think cleaner, and to keep improving.

I'll never forget that. So thank you, brother not just for the coding stuff, but for being there like family when I needed it. I hope life treats you well, and that you find nothing but good things with your family and your future. You deserve it. ❤️
